Reappears the child of Aleppo who put a face to the horror in Syria

The little Omran Daqneesh, who last year became the face of horror in Syria when his picture seated in a bloodied ambulance and totally covered with dust went around the world, has reappeared.
This time you can see the little 5-year-old, who shook up ex-President Barack Obama, completely clean, well-dressed, perfectly groomed hair and something more, smiling.
The images are part of interviews recorded by a medium favorable to the Syrian regime and aired on other related chains in Lebanon, Russia and Iran.

According to CNN, Omran's father Mohammed Daqneesh accused rebel groups and international media of using those photos where his son appeared bloody after the bombing of his house in Aleppo as propaganda against the Syrian government. "We are very hurt by the militants and how they used things to their advantage with my son," he said.

"Thank God he was only slightly hurt. Thank God later the army moved forward and retook those areas. We are back in our homes. The situation is very good now, thank God. "

Human rights activists are skeptical of the degree of freedom with which Daqneesh made such statements, bearing in mind that the Syrian regime is known to control the information of his country and is accused of violating the most basic human rights.

An opposition journalist, Musa Omar, said Daqneesh spoke in front of the cameras under pressure. "Please do not say anything about Omran's father, he's not a prorogue," he said. "He is a hostage, a prisoner under the control of the regime, forced to say every word of his interview."

At the time the photo was taken around the world, Aleppo was besieged and brutally bombed by the Syrian army and its allies, who eventually regained control of the city, which has been virtually ruined.

Syrian journalist Sama Kinana Allouche who interviewed the boy and his family now shared in his Facebook account images of the boy and his family.
"Oman, the boy from whom the media tried to cover up the true cause of his injuries, claiming that it was a result of the Syrian Arab Army. Now he lives in the Syrian state, with his army, his leader and his people, "added the communicator, a well-known supporter of President Bachar al Asad.
