This little girl lost an eye in her battle against cancer and received the most special gift

The girl's mother turned to a doll designer to create a bunny with the same characteristics as her daughter.

Jessica Sebastian, owner of Sebastian Desing, was contacted recently by Danielle Munger, whose little daughter, Brynn, lost an eye as a result of her cancer fight. The girl's mother asked Sebastian if it was possible to create a bunny doll with one eye.

"The girl began to realize that she was different, but her sweet mom read some articles about finding a doll that looks the same as the child and in the long term, that is helpful and even therapeutic," said Sebastian on Facebook. "She wanted her daughter to have a doll that looked like her and had only her right eye."

What happened to Brynn? A few weeks after her first birthday, Munger noticed that his daughter's eyelid was drooping. After several medical examinations, doctors discovered a tumor behind her left eye. "Her cancer is rare and the diagnosis took a while to arrive," Munger told FOX 5. "We finally learned that her cancer was called Undifferentiated Sarcoma."

Brynn's oncologist advised them to remove the left eye, as well as anything that involved her left orbit, because the tumor had touched everything. Brynn went through several surgeries and six weeks of daily radiation to eradicate cancer cells. "The day before Thanksgiving, Brynn's doctor carried out another operation to put some skin on the orbit, to make a sure wound," Munger said.

Brynn spent a year in remission and last week celebrated her third birthday. For her birthday, Danielle wanted something unique, so she called Sebastian and made the special request of the doll with one eye. Sebastian designed an adorable bunny with the requested features. Sebastian shared in his social networks several photographs of the doll, as well as the excited Brynn and her birthday present. My favorite part of the picture is when she is wearing her Wonder Woman costume, "Sebastian explained. "It perfectly represents the strength and courage of this little super heroine."
