Marla Maples shares photo with her ex-stepdaughter, Ivanka Trump, who has admitted that they are not close

Donald Trump's eldest daughter does have a good relationship with her half sister, Tiffany, but not with her mother.

President Donald Trump's second ex-wife used their social networks to share a photograph of the trunk of memories. In the image, Marla Maples appears playing a basketball match next to her stepdaughter, Ivanka Trump - who admitted in an interview with People who are not close. The photo is from 1997, when the elder daughter of the president of the United States was 15 years old. They both sport navy blue jerseys and a very sporty look.

The image was published in an Instagram account of fans of Ivanka, and when seeing it, Marla considered it like cute and decided to replicate it in her account. The socialite also explained that for her it had been "something very special" for her stepdaughter to join her to play a charity fundraiser at the time. "I was required to train the star team because there were only guys playing and I asked if I could play and integrate some girls to the team," she wrote referring to the third annual Shooting Gallery game at Hunter College. "I was very happy that Ivanka was joining #MomentosEspeciales #MiDeporteFavorit to Play". And she added: "And yes, I was going through my stage of 'I can not be a blonde'", she indicated about her look, where she looked a brown mane.

Marla is well aware of her memories with the current president's eldest daughter, while she said last year that they were not very close. "(Marla) spends a lot of time out of California, really my relationship with Tiffany," said First Daughter. Marla started hanging out with Donald Trump in the early 1990s when he was still married to Ivanka's mom, former model Ivana Trump.
