Parents of a 9-year-old boy who died of a head shot "waited hours" to call 911
The parents of a 9-year-old boy who died from a head shot this week may have saved his son's life if they had quickly called 911. This is what authorities in Maricopa County, Arizaon, where the Shattering crime.

The couple claimed that the man, named 31-year-old Kansas Lavarnia, had been shot, but further inquiries revealed that the wound had been inflicted with a drill. "This intentional delay in medical treatment significantly threatened [the child's] health," said Sgt. Vince Lewis at a press conference.
"We had a 9-year-old boy critically wounded, shot in the head, desperately in need of help to save his life and [care] that was delayed and not given ... It is definitely a shock to consciousness
." Both the 28-year-old mother and the father remain in the custody of the authorities on a bond set at $ 1 million and face a charge of first-degree murder. Little Landen, who died on Tuesday.
