Hillary Clinton reappears with emotional speech about America

"I know that many of you are deeply disappointed by the results of these elections," he told participants at the event organized by the Children's Defense Fund in Washington D.C. "I am too, more than you can express," he added.

And is that thousands of people across the country participate in public protests against the president-elect, who in turn has begun to stir controversy with recent appointments to his government, such as the extremist Stephen K. Bannon, who has been called By many means as anti-Semitic, racist and ultra-right-thinking.

Nevertheless, Clinton's words held a positive message.

"As I said last week: our campaign was never about a person or even an election. It was about the country we love and the construction of an America that has hope, inclusiveness and a big heart," he said.
