Some problems with the production have forced to change from 7 to 19 September the release of the album and the beginning of his tour.
Katy Perry delays a few days of her expected world tour, in which she will present her most recent album entitled 'Witness', and all because of some production problems.
The date originally promised was for September 7 in Columbus, Ohio, but is now scheduled for September 19 in Montreal, Canada. As a result, six more dates have been modified, and even a North Carolina presentation was canceled, so money will be refunded.
"I will spend the following weeks preparing the show to make it an experience I am proud to share with you; I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes, but I hope everyone who sees this show will agree that it was worth the wait, "Perry told his followers, and also advanced the names of the invited artists on his tour: Noah Cyrus, Purity Ring and Carly Rae Jepsen.
