"It appears that a strong smell of marijuana was expelled from the vehicle, so the K9 Division (Dog Unit) was called, where a police dog tested positive for controlled substances," the report explains.
With that arrest, the urban singer - whose name is David Sánchez Badillo - again has problems with justice 3 years after being released after serving a sentence of 14 years for drug trafficking.

The arrest comes shortly after the bitter dispute that the artist maintained with his compatriot René Pérez Joglar Residente about urban music, in which Tempo accused the former Calle 13 of criticizing it after having taken advantage of it to achieve fame.

In his response to the theme "My Apologies," Resident made a reference to autism and Down syndrome that did not sit well with some organizations that help people affected by those health disorders.

In fact, the Autism Alliance of Puerto Rico claimed on Twitter an apology. "Misplaced your inclusion of the word autism and Down syndrome in your tirer to Tempo. We demand a public apology, "said the entity in tuit.
The singer, for his part, assured that his words in the song had been Out of context.
